We therefore store and process data exclusively in accordance with the Austrian Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“General Data Protection Regulation”, GDPR).

1.2. No directly identifiable personal data are collected automatically on this website. This means that you provide us with data such as your name, address or similar information only if you actively disclose them.

1.3. This website does not create personal user profiles.

1.4. Access to the website, including IP addresses, is not logged by us. The IP address is processed only by the relevant web server insofar as this is technically necessary to make the website available, without us having access to that information.

Your Rights and Further Information

As a data subject, you have the right of access under Article 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR, the right to object under Article 21 GDPR and the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria, the competent supervisory authority is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

When personal data are collected, we will inform you if their provision is required by law or by contract, or is necessary in order to enter into a contract.
